Initiated with a teaser showing the brand new app “Starbucks in the palm of your hand”
Followed with posts focused directly on downloads via Apple Store and Google Play.

  • Facebook campaign for 2 weeks, optimized to reach proper target
  • Cluster identified then used on Instagram and Facebook for 6 weeks
Results
      • CPD = €1.55 (vs benchmark = €2.75)
      • Download Goal exceeded by 494 downloads
      • Download Rate = 0.08% (vs benchmark = 0.07%)
      • Cost optimization from February to March decreased the CPD by 27%
      • Social Media represented 91% of download campaign compared to Display and Search
