Sephora – Driving Visits to Retail Store Openings

Create brand awareness & interactions for holiday travel.

We focused on the potential target with geolocalization, reaching people living, working or hanging out around the zones of the POS’ openings, reaching them with engagement & reach campaigns, using several messages for each one, with a clear call to action.

We settled two types of campaigns for each city: One campaign from 11 a.m to 8 p.m. with geo-localization (5 miles around), sending people to the POS and other awareness campaigns to reach all targets that ran from 8 p.m. to 11 a.m. open to the city, to generate awareness and maintain recording level of the openings.

  • Weibo average daily followers increase during campaign period achieved 100 (non-campaign period daily followers increase of 2)
  • Video views achieved over 300% KPI (actual video views: 657,000)
